Steel floor decks are a popular option for many fleets. Mounted directly onto the vehicle frame, the decks can be used with a hoist or anchored with shear plates. Heavy duty formed long sills and cross-members maintain structural rigidity. Highly customizable, these decks can be modified for specialized fleet use. Steel floor decks are highly corrosion resistant, thanks to a special priming process with a proprietary epoxy.
- Headache racks and bulkheads are available in many sizes; they can be welded directly onto the deck or secured in the front stake pockets. Add-ons for headache racks include extra lighting and racking.
- Deck sides can be fit to changing needs. Removable stake sides, wood sides, solid sides, or swing down mesh sides are popular options for operators.
- Different end-gates are available for the deck rear. Popular options are removable stake-gates and flip-open gates.
- Towing skirts are available for different types of trailers.
- Toolboxes are available for mounting above-body, below-body, and as vertical cabinets.
- Steel floor decks are available in 8' to 14' lengths.
