| Liftgates |
A popular upgrade on service bodies and decks, liftgates make it easier for drivers to load and unload cargo. Standard liftgates are designed for lifting cargo up to the bed of the vehicle. Railgates are more versatile, as they can raise or lower cargo to the bed. This is especially useful when transporting goods between shipping docks and field sites.
- Standard liftgates can hoist between 1300-1600 lbs.
- Railgates can hoist between 1600-2000 lbs.
- Liftgates can be installed to work with towing packages.
- Railgates can be installed on bare flatdecks and need only be anchored to the rear of the deck.
- Liftgate platforms can be modified to carry specific cargoes (ie. gas canisters).
- Platforms are available in heavy duty steel or weight-saving aluminum.
